Denise Garrido was crowned Miss World Canada 2010 held at the Chandos Pattison Auditorium in Surrey on May 7. She also competed in Miss Latin America in the World 2009 and placed as 3rd run-up. She also won the title of Miss Canada Earth 2008 and compete at the Miss Earth 2008 beauty pageant. She was also one of the Top 25 Finalists of Miss World 2010.
