American actress,pop singer and model Lindsay Lohan has finally been released form rehab.After serving a fraction of her jail term and rehab stay,hot and sexy Lindsay Lohan is now a free woman.Model Lindsay checked out of UCLA's Neuropsychiatric Hospital after around over three weeks on Tuesday - a reliable resource confirms. In a DUI case, the judge had originally ordered actress Lohan to three months of in-patient treatment as a part of Lohan sentence for breaching probation.A source says PEOPLE,"She's out and doing really well". Actress Lindsay Lohan is currently in UCLA's outpatient program, which has stringent rules for patients.says a source who is close to Lohan.a patient in UCLA says PEOPLE," The outpatient program is just like the inpatient program, except you get to go home at night".Because of overcrowding and good behavior Lindsay Lohan punishment had been reduced form three months to 13 days by the judge.In form of a brand new judge a hearing is fixed for Wednesday morning at a Beverly Hills courthouse for Lindsay Lohan.

Lindsay Lohan has been sentenced finally !!!

Lindsay Lohan got shocked and stared crying after hearing that,Judge Revel has given her a 90 day sentenced because nobody like to go to jail after all.




Lindsay's lawyer told that judgment is totally unjust and unfair according to the punishment.Lohan's attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, who's based in Santa Monica at the firm Kinsella Weitzman Iser Kump and Aldisert, told in a statement Thursday that,'Ms. Lohan and I are extremely frustrated in the sentence given by Judge Revel.We think that the punishment is far harsher than what others would have received under exact circumstances,'.



"The actual cause is that Ms. Lohan, like other defendants, had to balance work commitments with court criteria," the statement added. "To be punished so severely for doing so, specially in light of the fact that Lindsay substantially complied with each of her probationary conditions, is unjust,harsh and unfair."
