In fact, she was pleaded not guilty for her $2500 necklace stealing charge. Most people think she has lost it and is a lost cause now. They feel it would not be fair if she is allowed to get away with her offences. She should be treated like anybody else who steal something worth 2500 dollars.
She is on probation for a 2007 drunk driving offence. She is twenty four years old and has spent a lot of time in rehabs. In 2007, she spent 84 minutes in jail after police arrested her twice for cocaine crashing while driving. Once she even crashed her Mercedes Benz into a tree.
There was a time when Lindsay Lohan was considered to be an extremely promising star of her generation but she proved everybody wrong. She is always in the highlight for some offence, her rehab time, probation, stealing or spending time behind bars. Her career has dipped several times since 2005. She is surrounded by legal issues, rehab visits and of course lots of flop movies.
