23 year old Jacintha Fagan won the Miss Dominica 2011 beauty pageant held on March 4. Jacintha Fagan will represent her country in Miss Caribbean World 2011 beauty contest on May 21.
The 1st run-up was Earlene Labassiere and the 2nd run-up was Roselia Bazil.
